.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Winds are expected to turn from northeast today to southeast

tonight. Winds should then increase from the southeast Wednesday

and continue through the end of the week with a gradual increase

in sea heights. Higher moisture should move over the Upper Texas

Coast as a result and could support sea fog as early as Thursday.

Sea fog looks to be more of a threat Friday morning going into the

weekend. A storm system may move across the area on Saturday

which could cause stronger winds than forecast.
