.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Areas of dense fog continue this morning in the nearshore waters

and southern reaches of the bays, while being more patchy in the

northern bays. We should again see some modest improvement this

afternoon, but until the next cold front moves into the coastal

waters Monday, the environment will remain favorable for the

return of periodic sea fog. Showers and thunderstorms will be

possible Saturday, but be more likely on Sunday.

.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Areas of dense fog continue this morning in the nearshore waters

and southern reaches of the bays, while being more patchy in the

northern bays. We should again see some modest improvement this

afternoon, but until the next cold front moves into the coastal

waters Monday, the environment will remain favorable for the

return of periodic sea fog. Showers and thunderstorms will be

possible Saturday, but be more likely on Sunday.
