.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

South winds will strengthen and seas will build today and tonight as

a large storm system develops across the Plains. Winds will decrease

on Thursday but seas are expected to remain elevated. The next storm

system developing to our west at the end of the week will bring a

cold front through the area Saturday night. Best rain chances with

this system are expected Friday night through Saturday night.
