.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore winds will strengthen as low pressure over southeast

Colorado deepens. The low will move east on Wednesday and drag a

cold front into the state. The cold front will cross the coastal

waters early Thursday with a strong offshore flow developing in the

wake of the front. Onshore winds are expected to return late

Saturday.
