.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore winds will remain elevated as the next storm system moves

across the Southern Plains. This flow is expected to persist through

mid week with gradually increasing rain chances as a weak frontal

boundary moves into and eventually stalls over southeast Texas.
