.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Squall line will be exiting the upper Texas coastal waters this

early this morning. Winds will be quite variable in its wake,

probably transitioning to a west or NW direction for a while. As

atmosphere recovers they'll gradually veer back to the southeast this

afternoon. Winds and seas will gradually increase into the

early and midweek time period.
