.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate to strong southeast winds will prevail today into
Thursday with a small craft exercise caution in effect. These
onshore winds will gradually relax as a cold front moves into
Southeast Texas on Thursday into Friday. This front should push
into the Gulf by this weekend. Otherwise periods of scattered
showers and thunderstorms will be possible through the rest of the
week as the moist and unstable airmass lingers over the area.
