.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Thunderstorms are impacting the Upper Texas Coast and are causing

strong to gale force winds especially right along the coast. These

winds should decrease later today. A cold front should push off

the coast Saturday night into Sunday allowing for winds and seas

to decrease more. East winds are expected Monday into Tuesday with

low seas.

Showers and thunderstorms are still possible today but <span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">  may not be strong enough to produce heavy rainfall. We still do <span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">  anticipate another round of storms late tonight into Saturday <span-size:10.5pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">  morning. .SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Thunderstorms are impacting the Upper Texas Coast and are causing

strong to gale force winds especially right along the coast. These

winds should decrease later today. A cold front should push off

the coast Saturday night into Sunday allowing for winds and seas

to decrease more. East winds are expected Monday into Tuesday with

low seas.
