.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

High pressure over North Texas will bring a light to occasionally

moderate offshore flow to the coastal waters this afternoon. The

area of high pressure will move east tonight and winds will veer

to the northeast overnight and to the east on Monday.

Dickinson Bayou and O/B transits are allowed into Bayport”

1800       USCG COTP MSIB 39-19 established temporary emergency zone and closure of Clear Creek Channel from the entrance to Clear Lake extending to Lt Buoy 66 on Houston Ship Channel and north up to but not including Bayport Ship Channel

<span-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">established for the damaged barges. Resumption of ship traffic is predicated upon

<span-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">further salvage and recovery and should not be expected before late afternoon at the

<span-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">earliest.  Convening of the Port Coordination Team is not anticipated unless a
