.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Light and variable winds early this morning will remain on the light

side and gradually become northeast to east this afternoon. Onshore

flow will return to the region tonight and continue through the weekend

and on into next week. Winds are expected to strengthen at the end

of the week and over the weekend resulting in wind driven seas. Caution

or Advisory flags are probable. Low rain chances return over the weekend

and persist into early next week.
