.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore flow is returning to the region tonight and those onshore

winds can be expected to continue through next week. Winds are

expected to strengthen Friday and over the weekend resulting in

increasing seas. Caution flags in place for tonight, and a small

craft advisory is probable for at least a portion of the Gulf

waters by Saturday night.
