.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Moderate to occasionally strong onshore winds will occur through

Sunday. This long duration moderate fetch will elevate seas, push

water levels up along upper Texas coastlines and strengthen the rip

current. Moderate and - at times - strong onshore flow is expected

to continue for much of the week, with periods of caution flags

and possibly more small craft advisories possible.
