.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Strong southerly winds should decrease as a line of storms moves

through the coastal waters this morning. Moderate southerly winds

should continue for much of the week and drop to low levels by the

end of the week. This will allow for seas to slowly decrease from

rough levels today.
