.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Moderate southerly flow is expected today with generally low

seas. Showers and thunderstorms may bring localized gusty winds,

higher waves, and frequent lightning. Onshore flow increases

tomorrow afternoon through Thursday. High pressure building over

southeast Texas will bring lighter winds on Friday through the

weekend.
