.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

A light mainly onshore flow is expected today. Winds and seas

increase by the end of the week and on into the weekend as a

potential tropical cyclone develops in the northern Gulf. Mariners

should monitor the latest information from the National Hurricane

Center.
