.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Weak high pressure will bring offshore winds to the coastal waters

today. Winds and seas will slowly increase over the eastern

waters Friday into Saturday as a potential tropical cyclone

develops and strengthens over the northern Gulf. Mariners should

closely monitor the latest information from the National Hurricane

Center.
