.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Light to moderate onshore winds are expected through the weekend. A

plume of rich Gulf moisture will spread west into the area Sunday

and Monday bringing showers and thunderstorms. A weak cold front

will approach the coastal waters on Tuesday, increasing rain

chances again towards the middle of next week and bringing a wind

shift to the northeast.
