.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A light to occasionally moderate onshore flow will persist for the remainder
of the week and on into the upcoming weekend, and no flags are anticipated
at this time. Showers and some thunderstorms are possible through Thursday,
and most of the area should see no rain on Friday and Saturday. Look
for a return and an increase in shower and thunderstorm coverage beginning
Saturday night and Sunday.

The Texas City Ship Channel is approximately 11 miles from GB Buoy
