.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Small craft should exceed caution today as the moderate east to

northeasterly flow continues. Periods of showers and

thunderstorms can be expected today and through midweek as a slow

moving Gulf system works its way westward. Some showers may

produce localized gusty winds and heavy precipiation.Winds will

become south to southeast beginning on Tuesday after the

disturbance moves inland.
