Moderate east to southeast winds will become southeast to south

later today as a weak coastal low pushes inland near Matagorda

Bay. Gusty winds and reduced visibilities due to occasionally

heavy rain will be possible in and around storms as the weak low

moves north.

Some of the rain will be locally heavy <span-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">  especially along and south of a Wharton to Houston to Cleveland <span-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">  line.
