Due to strong flood waters in Houston Ship Channel // Vessels with a deep draft greater than 30 ft will be restricted today to transit above Morgan’s Point. Presently
anticipate deep draft vessel greater than 30 ft will be allowed to transit commencing daylight on 21st September.
