.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds and seas will continue to diminish today. A coastal trough
develops tonight off the coast along with increasing northeast to
east winds and building seas. Periods of rain and isolated
thunderstorms are expected later tonight and Thursday as the next
storm system pushes through. A reinforcing front will move off the
coast on Thursday with offshore winds prevailing into the
weekend. A weak onshore flow will briefly resume early Sunday, but
another front is forecast to move into the region Sunday night.

deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
