.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

A developing coastal trough over the Coastal Bend will move toward

the upper Texas coast today. This will maintain a moderate

east to southeast wind. A moderate onshore flow is expected on

Saturday as strong low pressure moves across the central plains. A

cold front will cross the coastal waters Saturday night with a

moderate offshore flow developing Sunday.
