.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Some patchy fog may develop overnight as onshore flow continues
ahead of the approaching cold front. The front is expected to
arrive at the coast late this evening, and showers with a few
thunderstorms are expected to accompany its passage. Moderate
offshore flow behind the frontal passage will result in an
increase in seas through the remainder of the weekend and into
Monday. By Tuesday, surface high pressure will build into the area
and winds and seas are expected to diminish.
