.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Onshore flow will continue ahead of a cold front. The front
should move across the waters Tuesday morning bringing rain
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Sea fog is possible tonight
until the cold front moves through and ends the fog threat. Winds
and seas will reach advisory criteria in the wake of the front
around mid-day Tuesday and into Wednesday morning. A gale watch
is in effect for the offshore waters for frequent gusts above gale
force Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
