.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

A cold front will move through the area early this morning with strong

north winds and rough seas developing in its wake. These hazardous

conditions will persist throughout the day and on into tonight.

Decreasing winds and seas can be expected to begin on Wednesday,

and a more southerly wind flow should return to the area at the end

of the week and over the weekend. Another cold front is expected to

move across the are at the start of next week.
