.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Though winds have diminished, it will take a while for the longer
period swell to subside. With high pressure situated over the
eastern seaboard and lower pressure in the Yucatan and west
central Gulf, northeast to east winds will prevail through
Thursday night. Onshore winds return to the area on Saturday night
and Sunday. Another strong cold front is expected to move through
the area on Monday.
