.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Light east and southeasterly winds will continue as a weak ridge

of high pressure drifts away to the east. Light onshore flow

expected to continue through Friday then gradually increasing.

Patchy sea fog will be possible mainly after midnight this week. A

cold front should move into the Gulf waters late Saturday night or

early Sunday bringing a chance of rain and the end of the fog

threat.
