Overview<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;font-weight:normal">East and southeasterly winds will be gradually dragging the moisture over the deep Gulf waters across the cool coastal shelf waters Monday morning and fog should develop by around 6 am with visibilities initially of 3 to 5 miles diminishing to 1 to 2 miles by 10 am in and around Bolivar, East Bay, Lower Galveston Bay and the nearshore waters.   Dense sea fog with visibilities of 1/2 mile or less will be possible in these areas by 3 pm. The fog is also likely to spread down the coast into the Matagorda Bay area around 5 to 8 pm. <span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
<span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;font-weight:normal">Winds should become more southerly but the fog threat will likely continue Monday night through Friday night. A few hours during the afternoon time frame could see some improvement Wednesday and Thursday but confidence on improvement is low. <span-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">
