.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Light winds will become southerly and increase this afternoon and
tonight.
Moderate to strong onshore winds and building seas can
then be expected into Tuesday. Sea fog may develop later in the
day Tuesday, but will clear out once the next cold front pushes
off the coast late Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
Moderate to
strong northerly winds can be expected in its wake. West and
southwesterly flow returns late Thursday with weak high pressure
drifting over the western Gulf.
