threat may persist until a storm system and its associated cold

front move across the area Wednesday afternoon. Showers and

thunderstorms should accompany this system. After the storm system

moves off to the east expect caution flags or advisories Wednesday

night and Thursday for strengthening offshore winds and building

seas. This offshore flow will persist through the end of the week

as high pressure builds back into the area. Onshore winds will

come back over the weekend as the high moves off to the east.
