.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Periods of sea fog will be possible into midweek.  The more

favorable location for the most reduced visibilities should be

situated in the nearshore Gulf waters south and east of the

Galveston area. Otherwise, a light to moderate onshore flow should

persist into the middle of the week before increasing.
