.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate to strong and gusty northeasterly winds are being seen
across the Gulf waters in the wake of a weak cold front. Winds
will diminish partially through the day. That cold front moves
back north through the coastal waters as a warm front late tonight
into early Sunday. That will return us to onshore flow Sunday
into Monday. Expect periods of showers and thunderstorms through
the weekend. The first half of next week looks to feature moderate
southerly winds and drier conditions.

deep draft of 45 ft FW at MLT, and is navigable day or night with no air draft restrictions. Only TX City Docks with 45’00” maximum deep draft at MLT are TC # 41, & 42
