<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Rumor: PPE is being confiscated at Customs to go to the National Stockpile
·
<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Answer 1: The only products confiscated were counterfeit or did not meet federal guidelines as is standard practice.
·
<span-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#333333">Answer 2: Some distributors have asked if there are urgent needs for their products. CISA is directing those companies to hotspots where PPE for medical
professionals is urgently needed and to the National Stockpile which is almost empty. CISA estimates that of the distributors redirecting PPE, about 50% is still going to the original destination. CISA urged everyone to be in contact with their state emergency

guidelines for truck drivers in New York, which local drivers may find helpful. The BC Trucking Association (Canada) has another set of
best practices.

infrastructure bill is being discussed in Washington.

meet with oil executives today to discuss ways to help the industry.

national MSIB to remind vessel and facility owners or operators that they must ensure the availability of response resources remain within stipulated response times in accordance with 33 CFR § 154 and 33 CFR § 155.
