.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Fog this morning should dissipate by mid-morning. South and

southwesterly winds will remain relatively light through Wednesday

night. Storms may sag into the coastal areas Thursday morning

bringing varying winds along with showers and thunderstorms. A  cold

front should arrive late Thursday with moderate gusty  offshore

winds into Friday becoming more easterly early this  weekend.

Scattered showers will be possible Thursday through the  weekend.
