.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Winds and seas will continue to decrease heading into this

morning, and as a result the caution flags have been allowed to

drop. With surface high pressure moving off to the east, onshore

winds are expected to redevelop today. Winds should pick back up

to near-caution thresholds tonight before diminishing by tomorrow

morning. Look for increasing precipitation heading into the

weekend as a surface cold front approaches the area.
