.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate onshore winds will persist through early tomorrow
morning. A line of thunderstorms will cross the waters early
tomorrow morning. This could produce hazardous conditions as
winds may briefly gust to greater than gale with its southern
passage. A trailing cold front tomorrow will strengthen offshore
winds through early Thursday. Winds will weaken and return to
onshore Thursday afternoon through Friday.
