.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Moderate onshore flow is expected through Tuesday. A cold front

is currently forecast to make it into the bays and Gulf waters

Tuesday night into early Wednesday turning winds easterly over

the Gulf waters along with a low chance of showers and storms.

Onshore flow returns on Thursday and increases Thursday night

possibly reaching SCEC criteria. Another cold front is scheduled

to arrive the area sometime Friday night into Saturday morning.
