Strong gusty northeast winds to prevail today across our marine

waters. These offshore winds will be gradually decreasing this

afternoon over the bays and tonight over the coastal waters. Winds

should shift to the east on Sunday. Moderate onshore winds are set

to return to the area on Monday night.
