.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore flow will continue likely increasing this afternoon and

tonight with building seas. An area of showers and thunderstorms

may move southeastward into the Matagorda Bay region overnight or

may weaken inland. The onshore flow will likely fluctuate in a

small range and strength through Thursday night then increase as

unsettled weather moves across Texas into Southeast Texas for the

weekend.
