.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...

Onshore winds will be the dominant wind through the remainder of

the week. Winds and seas will increase Saturday and could reach

caution levels. An upper level low drifts across eastern Texas

this weekend with an increase in showers and thunderstorms as a

cold front sags down into the Upper Texas Coastal Waters Sunday.
