<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">1. A large area of disturbed weather, associated with the remnants of

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">eastern Pacific Tropical Storm Amanda, is located over the Yucatan

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">peninsula of Mexico.  This disturbance is forecast to move

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">northwestward over the southeastern portion of the Bay of Campeche

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">later today or tonight where environmental conditions are expected

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">to be conducive to support development, and a new tropical

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">depression is likely to form within within the next day or so.  The

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">system is then forecast to drift west or west-southwest over the

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">southern Bay of Campeche through the middle of the week.  Interests

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">along the coast of the Bay of Campeche should monitor the progress

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">of this disturbance.  Regardless of tropical cyclone formation,

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">heavy rainfall is likely to continue over portions of southern

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, and western Honduras during

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">the next few days. For additional information on the rainfall

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">significant areas of disturbed weather and their potential for

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">tropical cyclone formation during the next five days.  The issuance

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">times of this product are 2 AM, 8 AM, 2 AM, and 8 PM EDT. After the

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">change to standard time in November, the issuance times are 1 AM,

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">7 AM, 1 PM, and 7 PM EST.

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black"> 

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">A Special Tropical Weather Outlook will be issued to provide

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">updates, as necessary, in between the regularly scheduled

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">issuances of the Tropical Weather Outlook.  Special Tropical

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Weather Outlooks will be issued under the same WMO and AWIPS

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">headers as the regular Tropical Weather Outlooks.

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">A standard package of products, consisting of the tropical cyclone

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">public advisory, the forecast/advisory, the cyclone discussion,

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">for all ongoing tropical cyclones.  In addition, a special

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">advisory package may be issued at any time to advise of

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">significant unexpected changes or to modify watches or warnings.

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">issuance of a special advisory package.  Tropical Cyclone Updates,
