Winds and seas will increase later today ahead of the approach of
Tropical Storm Cristobal, which remains on track to make landfall
in Louisiana on Sunday. Moderate to strong onshore winds are
expected to develop by early next week as the system becomes
extratropical and pushes further northward. This is likely to
require caution flags and/or advisories. Mariners should continue
to monitor the latest tropical weather information carefully.
