.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Onshore flow will continue through the day today with isolated
showers and thunderstorms. A weak cold front will slowly move
through the waters tonight bringing increased changes of showers
and thunderstorms through Saturday morning. Winds will become
variable with the frontal passage but there will not be much of a
wind shift associated with the front as it will be weakening over
the area. Onshore flow will then continue through the midweek
next week as high pressure builds over the northern Gulf.
