Synopsis
Strong offshore winds will gradually weaken later today and tonight as
high pressure builds into the area. East winds will begin on Thursday and
strengthen toward the end of the week in response to the next storm system
developing out west. A strong offshore flow will develop again on Saturday
as this storm moves off to the east.
