Synopsis
Northwest winds will gradually subside today as the pressure gradient
begins to relax. Another weaker cold front will move across the coastal
waters Thursday morning which will again increase the offshore flow.
Another storm system should approach the Upper Texas coastal waters on
Monday or Tuesday of next week.
