THE GALVESTON BAY ENTRANCE CHANNEL IS RE-OPENED TO ALL VESSEL TRAFFIC BETWEEN GALVESTON BAY ENTRANCE CHANNEL LIGHTED BUOY 16 TO LIGHTED BUOY 18.  SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS WILL CONTINUE FOR A PERSON IN THE WATER.  ALL VESSELS ARE REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT.
