Synopsis
High pressure will continue to build into the Upper Texas coastal waters
through Wednesday. A large area of clouds and rain will develop near the
coastal Bend and spread northeast up the coast Thursday. A cold front will
move off the coast early Friday and strong offshore winds will be on tap.
